It's Beaujolais Nouveau Time!!

Saturday the CO had a trip to Beaujolais because on.. Thursday I think it was they released their 2005 wine. SO, first we went and learned how to taste it, and then they fed us down in this cave and provided the awesome music you see pictured here. What's not pictured are the bagpipes he busted out later.



Moi avec Rachelle and Ale who I spent the next.. over 24 hours with. Fun weekend =)


After the vinyard we headed to Villefranche for about an hour and turns out they were having a huge parade with free wine on the sides of the street and drumlines everywhere! It was awesome, and the decorations were fun and Christmasy. These red guys were our favorites.

I saw this manequin on the side of the street.. in the boat.. and that's all there is to be said.

And back to Lyon we went for an eventful weekend that I have no pictures of! BUT if Joyeux Noël does come out in the states you have to see it! It was so good!
