I'm back from vacation and it was great! I'm planning on putting my pictures online tomorrow, so look for those soon.

Riot update: France is not having a war. It really isn't as big of a deal as the media is making it in the US from what I've heard. Yes, there's a curfew in the suburbs and yes the public transportation stops at 6 because thats when it gets dark and there wasn't a bomb threat, but there was something thrown involving fire... I'm not sure, but nothing explosive.
There really is no danger during the day or night in the area where I live or even central Lyon. The problems are, like I said, in the suburbs which are so far out there, they're kind of like no mans land (which is part of the reason for the riots in the first place because of how separated they are).
I don't have much else to say about it except I wanted everyone to know not to worry because there's nothing to worry about. Over and out-
